After having closely monitored AdHit for weeks now on behalf of my clients, I have reached the conclusion that the admin is really looking after his business, which is a legitimate, straightforward one. After all the roughness he has gone through he is still fighting to stay in business, in the best way he can, namely to increase ads revenue. The only unfair thing he did is that he artificially boosted earnings per day, by devising the one active share gimmick. This is a pure gimmick in favor of the great grand majority of his clients (one-or-two-share clients), and against the big ones, that own 20, 50 or more shares. He is not stealing anything from anybody, he only makes them earn through their 1st share, the others simply waiting their turn. Here are some examples:
ReplyDeleteThe owner of 1 share ($45) will earn (at yesterday's pace) $350 in one year, provided that he constantly renews the share upon maturation. This is a ROI of 777%! On the other hand, the owner of 1000 shares will again earn $350 in one year, but his ROI will be 0.777%!
In my observation, the increase in apparent earnings, attributable to this gimmick, is very small. This tells me that the big clients make up only a tiny-tiny fraction of Scovill's cliantelle. This makes his gimmick a politically correct one, but still, it remains unfair by all ethical standards.
